I headed over to PHF again for my afternoon walk. 55 minutes--I walked the disc golf course on the hillside and then finished the walk on the lower level around the pond. Once again, the weather was beautiful, and I enjoyed being outside!
Am I frustrated that I'm not losing weight? Yes!
Am I going to stop walking? No!
Why Are You Walking? Good question!
