Day #94

I'm getting pretty excited that I'm approaching my 100th day of walking. I look at it as quite an accomplishment, because I am keeping a promise to myself--better health through moving my body!

Today is Easter and it's an absolutely gorgeous day! I went to PHF and walked the "18 hole" disc golf course 2x. I took a water break between the two rounds. The first round took me 48 minutes to complete, and the second round took me 45 minutes. It's a fantastic workout because you are climbing up and down the whole time! I really enjoyed my walk there today!
