Well, I have walked for one hundred and twenty days in a row and I haven't lost a single pound. Am I discouraged? Yes! Am I quitting? No! Tonight before our walk Debbie and I went to Dick's Sporting Goods and bought some exercise clothing, and then we went to WalMart and picked up a "crunch peanut". I am determined to start losing weight and inches. I am going to add crunches to my daily routine.
This morning I walked to school (15 minutes) and this afternoon, Debbie and I walked for 53 minutes.
